What is collected

When you request the free guide, your name and email address are stored so the guide can be sent to you and so you can receive occasional emails. When you use the contact form, your name, email, optional phone number, and message are stored so your enquiry can be answered. When you buy a coaching package, payment is handled by the payment provider; card details are never stored on this site.

How it is used

Your details are used to deliver what you asked for, to reply to you, and to run the coaching relationship. They are never sold, and they are not shared with third parties except the service providers needed to run this site and process payments.

Your choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask for it to be deleted, by using the contact form on the home page.
