Coaching, not therapy

The Strategic Self provides strategic coaching. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

Bookings and payment

Packages are paid in advance. Once payment is confirmed you will receive scheduling details by email. Sessions are held remotely unless agreed otherwise.

Rescheduling and refunds

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. If a package is not a fit after the first session, contact us and we will work out a fair resolution.

Confidentiality

What you share in a session stays between us, except where disclosure is required by law.
